Refund and Returns Policy

At Tender, we take pride in delivering premium homemade, ready-to-cook, and ready-to-heat luxury meals. Because our products are perishable food items, our return and refund policies differ from standard retail stores to ensure the highest health and safety standards.

2. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our frozen and prepared foods, we do not accept physical returns of any food items. For health and safety reasons, once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned to our facility.

3. Refunds and Replacements

We 100% guarantee the quality of our meals. You are eligible for a refund, store credit, or a replacement if you experience any of the following:

  • The product arrived damaged or spoiled.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • An item is missing from your order.

How to request a refund or replacement: Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. To process your request, we will need:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase.
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

Once we receive and inspect your claim, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, we will either send a replacement to your address or process a refund to your original method of payment (or provide store credit) within a few business days.

4. Order Cancellations Since our meals are carefully prepared, orders can only be canceled or modified if you contact us before the order is dispatched for delivery. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Areas: We deliver our frozen and prepared meals directly to your door.
  • Receiving Your Order: Because our products are perishable and temperature-sensitive, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and store it in the freezer or refrigerator immediately. We are not responsible for spoiled food if you are not available to receive your delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
